Malaysia experiment failed for us - We were trying teenage skincare in Malaysia. High capex and marketing investment before you can break even. Not bad but must be ready with few millions in cash before venturing into this space. Competition is huge and margins low. Premium pricing not possible with the audience segment. Plus they need more education and care compared to women over 25.
Malaysia for Xandro - yes possible and we have to work on this. Biggest roadblock is registration. Working on that now. We may test DTC ads soon to validate the market.
