👋🏼 Hi, I’m Shantanu — I run Xandro Lab, a science-first longevity brand in Singapore. We started with a single product and a mission to make longevity research more accessible. Today, we’ve grown into one of Singapore’s fastest-growing longevity brands — with a strong repeat base, a lean team, and a product line that keeps evolving with science.

I write Out of Singapore to share honest notes from building a brand in this space and what I’m learning about staying strong, sharp, and active for decades longer than our parents could imagine.

We’re entering an era unlike any before it—one where living significantly longer isn't just possible, but increasingly probable. Every scroll through social media, every conversation at the gym, every new wellness center popping up around the globe confirms that longevity isn't simply a distant dream. It’s unfolding right now, impacting recovery, performance, reproductive and hormone health, stress and menopause management, cellular health, and much more.

Supplements, previously viewed as optional extras, have become highly specialized and targeted. Today, users explore beyond basic vitamins, embracing advanced options like autophagy regulators such as Spermidine, senolytic interventions like Fisetin, and NAD+ boosters. Wearables such as WHOOP, Oura, UltraHuman, Apple Watch, and continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) have brought medical-grade biomarker tracking into everyday routines. Even advanced therapies—once niche treatments like hyperbaric oxygen chambers, NAD+ infusions, and cryotherapy—are rapidly becoming mainstream wellness practices.

This movement is not just about looking younger or living longer—it’s fundamentally reshaping what it means to age. We’re preparing ourselves—whether consciously or unconsciously—for decades more of active, vibrant living. The real question is no longer whether you'll live longer, but how you'll choose to spend those extra years.

Gyms have added sauna and cold plunge to their offering, apart from more strength and resistance training options.
